Accessories are available for SureCAM machines, in general terms these are designed to make machining easier, more convenient and/or more productive.

We've also recently developed a rotary (sometimes called a fourth axis) that can be fitted to the Excalibur and Gryphon machines.

Professional swarf extraction system A
 

The Professional swarf extraction system A is controlled by the Hi-Drive controller, starting and stopping at the beginning and end of each job. The airflow is constant from this rotary pump and you should expect it to last the life of the machine without serious service.

SureCAM machines can achieve high cut rates - these are only possible to maintain if the cutter path is kept clean.

Not using swarf extraction will mean projects take longer to machine along with diminished quality of the cut edge.

Vacuum tables

These provide simple mounting of the work piece and crash free machining thanks to the absence of clamps. The vacuum is constantly pulled through the table by a pump (similar to the swarf extractor) keeping the work piece secure on the table even when the contour cuts are made. It is usual to specify a pump with a vacuum table; the pumps airflow is determined by the size of the table.

Vacuum tables can be removed to make use of the standard clamping table.

Flip-over vice.
 

The flip-over vice allows you to machine top and bottom sides of a project without loosing registration. It's unique design also assists the user in clamping the work piece thanks to the self centring mechanism and its spring loaded bottom jaw.
