We have recently introduced SureCare with immediate benefits to our customers. SureCare provides the following benefits. Parts and labour warranty, priority access to SureCare technicians and LogMeIn Rescue service (on-line diagnostic, set up and support - internet access required), guaranteed part exchange prices. The VersaLaser is an entry to intermediate level laser cutter that thanks to its USB2 connection and materials based interface really is as easy to use as a desktop printer. A 30-watt laser will cut approx 12mm thick acrylic in a single pass and with a HEPA filter, cutting table and air assist is our most popular configuration for classroom use. System Overview
Entry-level VLS2.3 (406 x 303mm) with 10, 20 or 30 watt laser cartridge.

VersaLaser accessories are "hot wired" so when using the vector cutting table or rotary fixture the VLS adjusts its settings automatically. Our education packages also come included with air-assist, portable trolleys and the choice of HEPA or Vent2Air filtration. Portability
Choose to desk mount or make portable with a wheeled Nortek desk. Note the desk fits through a single doorway, has space for a computer, work pieces and allows use of a filtration unit with low cost filters unlike other "trolley" options. This is the only true portable option. Materials-based interface
The new VLS print driver has been updated to include even more materials. Design your project then print the file from your software using the VLS printer option. The driver will open allowing you to choose the material and enter its thickness. Click OK and press Start, the VLS system allows you to work smarter, not harder. Advanced interface
The advanced interface allows you to tune power, speed of cut and pulse to any organic material. Suregrave customers receive a comprehensive guide for the most common materials along with CD based set ups you can copy to your hard disc. Low cost of ownership
As ULS manufacture their own laser cartridges you are always assured of receiving a grade "A" cartridge, this will work longer and retain its accuracy longer than lower grade options. You will also benefit from the lowest cartridge replacements - guaranteed. Protected drive gear and optics
Drive components feature the latest lightweight designs including; bearings are self-adjusting + sealed against contamination, Kevlar reinforced drive belts do not stretch requiring minimal maintenance and years of trouble free service. Unlike other systems ULS Optics are shielded with Quick Release Covers meaning they remain cleaner for longer and require changing less frequently. 3 Year on-site warranties
Suregrave provide a third years warranty free of charge, subject to service. Our oldest cartridge in a School is now 6 years old without replacement and our oldest commercial customers cartridge was 12 years. Packages include
