We have recently introduced SureCare with immediate benefits to our customers. SureCare provides the following benefits. Parts and labour warranty, priority access to SureCare technicians and LogMeIn Rescue service (on-line diagnostic, set up and support - internet access required), guaranteed part exchange prices. The VersaLaser Platform machines share the same modular frame and cabinets as the PLS machines. Fitted with the VersaLaser advanced electronics and patented technology they provide exceptional work-rates over larger work areas. The drive components are the latest lightweight designs and protected against dust and fumes by the optional co-axial air-assist system. VersaLaser platform machines are available with laser cartridges ranging from 10 to 60 watts. A 30-watt laser will cut approx 12mm thick acrylic in a single pass and with a HEPA filter, cutting table and air assist is our most popular configuration for classroom use. System Overview

Though the work capacity is enormous it is still easy to load and unload and overall doesn't take up much more floor space than the smaller family members and providing high production processing with up to 60 watts excellent for cutting thicker work pieces. The new VLS print driver has been updated to include even more materials. Design your project then print the file from your software using the VLS printer option. The driver will open allowing you to choose the material and enter its thickness. Click OK and press Start, the VLS system allows you to work smarter, not harder. New materials can be added allowing the set up of the machine to be made by project description or even class, a superb solution for staff with lower levels of experience of supply teachers. As ULS manufacture their own laser cartridges you are always assured of receiving a grade "A" cartridge, this will work longer and retain its accuracy longer than lower grade options. You will benefit from the lowest cartridge replacements - guaranteed. Protected drive gear and optics
PLS drive components feature the latest lightweight designs including; self-adjusting + sealed bearings (no contamination), Kevlar reinforced drive belts (do not stretch) requiring minimal maintenance and giving years of trouble free service. Unlike other systems ULS Optics are shielded and protected by the co-axial air assist system. Featuring quick Release Covers they remain cleaner for longer and require changing less frequently. Providing lasers are used within the scope of our training and they are always monitored in use they are perfectly safe, however the in-built fire alarm provides peace of mind as well as added safety. Packages include
